Our program – led by Coach Chris Stratis – will help you train like an athlete so you can get in shape, lose fat, and gain strength.
Whether you are a beginner or an active adult, these classes are a fun and motivating way to challenge yourself and improve your fitness.
We focus on continuous improvement and individual achievement.
Sessions will include top level coaching and equipment, using a variety of training approaches to improve mobility, strength, balance, stamina, flexibility, and speed.

Our Adult Training classes are held in our “Building of Champions” at Southfork Sports Complex. Southfork Sports Complex is an outstanding facility with indoor turf training areas, an outdoor field with both turf and grass, and a building dedicated to our Sports Performance and Training programs.
Classes are one hour and are offered Monday through Friday. You can choose from options to attend once per week, twice per week or take advantage of unlimited sessions each month!
