Since the entire training program is tailored to your specific challenges and goals, we also incorporate sport-specific applications as appropriate.
With dedicated one-on-one attention from your coach, private training programs allow for even greater fine-tuning of your technique and mechanics. We use enhanced video analysis in these training sessions to highlight and illustrate opportunities for improvement. In private training sessions we have the opportunity to dial in with greater detail to spot and fix strength and mobility deficiencies that may limit your performance.
With all of these tools in play, athletes enrolled in the Champion Sports Performance Private Training Program see consistent gains in speed, strength, and agility that give them an edge over their competition.
For a group ranging from 9 through 28 years old, and including beginner through elite levels, their average improvement in explosive speed and acceleration was over 12% during a 6-month training period.
That same group of beginner, intermediate, advanced and elite athletes, improved their speed endurance by over 15% during a 6-month training period. This allowed them to apply their improved speed for longer periods during competition with faster recovery.
For a group ranging from 9 through 28 years old, and including beginner through elite levels, their average improvement in explosive speed and acceleration was over 150% during a 6-month training period.
