Our Adult Fitness Training program will help you train like an athlete so you can get in shape, gain strength, change your body composition, boost confidence and feel more energetic.

Whether you are a beginner or an active adult, a former athlete or new to training, these classes are a fun and motivating way to challenge yourself and improve your fitness. We focus on continuous improvement and individual achievement.

Our program will help you train like an athlete so you can get in shape, lose fat, and gain strength.

Sessions will include top level coaching – led by Coach Chris Stratis – and use a broad range of equipment, incorporating a variety of training approaches to improve mobility, strength, balance, stamina, flexibility, and speed.

. If you want to get back in shape, be healthier, feel better, and have more energy throughout the day then these training sessions are a great option!

Classes are one hour and are offered Monday & Friday mornings 7am-8am. Work out as many sessions as you like with programs starting at just $175 every 4 weeks. No long-term contracts, enrollment is flexible to accommodate your schedule.
