Our Adult Fitness Training program will help you train like an athlete so you can get in shape, gain strength, change your body composition, boost confidence and feel more energetic.

Whether you are a beginner or an active adult, a former athlete or new to training, these classes are a fun and motivating way to challenge yourself and improve your fitness. We focus on continuous improvement and individual achievement.

Our program will help you train like an athlete so you can get in shape, lose fat, and gain strength.

Sessions will include top level coaching – led by Coach Brian Hilliard and Coach Chris Stratis – and use a broad range of equipment, incorporating a variety of training approaches to improve mobility, strength, balance, stamina, flexibility, and speed.

Our Adult Training classes are held in the “Building of Champions” at Southfork Sports Complex. Southfork Sports Complex is an outstanding facility with indoor turf training areas, an outdoor field with both turf and grass, and a building dedicated to our Sports Performance and Training programs.

Classes are one hour and are offered Monday & Friday mornings 7am-8am. Work out up to 8x per month for just $175/month. No long-term contracts, enrollment is month-to-month to accommodate your schedule.

Building of Champions at Southfork Sports Complex

Our Adult Fitness Training sessions are held inside the "Building of Champions" at Southfork Sports Complex. The Building of Champions - the latest addition to the facilities at Southfork Sports Complex - is a 8,000 square foot climate-controlled training facility with over 1,500 square feet dedicated to Strength Training and nearly 4,500 square feet of turf for Speed, Agility, and Reaction Training. The space features 30 yards of indoor turf space for speed & agility training as well as Keiser resistance training equipment, custom weight racks and an array of training tools for developing strength and power. Athletes in our programs can also build speed on the outdoor 80-yard turf Sprinting Strip that features markers to help athletes train to get faster and improve their 40- and 60-yard sprints.
